Just for fun, we decided to enter some ploughing competitions in hopes of garnering the 100 points required to enter next year’s International Ploughing Match in Walkerton. It’s always great to compete on home turf! And we did it! Princess and Ellie had never pulled a plough before, and they were outstanding. Very proud of our girls!
Come and see Princess, Ellie and Rosie, our beautiful Percherons, at the Port Elgin Shoppers’ Night on November 21st and in Southampton on Friday evenings from 4:30 until 8:30 where the BIA is sponsoring free wagon rides on November 28, December 12 and December 19th. You can can also see us in the Southampton Santa Claus Parade on December 5th, too.
